Would your group like to host one of the following courses for your local community?
Building Personal Resilience
There are some situations which we can control and some which we can’t, but it is how we react to each of them which matters most.
Resilience is most often described as the ability to bounce back in the face of adversity and is associated with strength. Resilience can be built over time. It involves learning how to deal with change, loss, mistakes, adversity and the poor performance of others as well as yourself. The course will help you to take a step back, to reconnect with your core values and to connect with who you are, and to find a way forward in the times of uncertainty.
Over the last few months we have learnt that we all depend on each other, and that in today’s society our strength is in an unbreakable connection with other people in our local and global community as well as in a deep connection with the nature.
The course will create an opportunity for being in the space together, sharing experiences and impact of the latest events, and learning different approaches of coping with traumatic experiences such as Active Hope, Capacitar, Mindfulness, Wellbeing and many more.
Building community resilience will help us to heal ourselves, to heal our world, and to find creative ways of moving forward with gratitude and compassion.
Inside each of us there is a deep well of creativity. Art and creativity are used as a tool that enables people to share their experiences, thoughts, feelings and hopes through processes that restore well-being.
A range of courses will bring together people from the community to creatively express themselves. This is an invitation to reflect on and reimagine new ways of being by exploring creativity in its many forms.
WE are interested in hearing from 2/3 people who may be interested in partnering with us to provide Community Education Projects in their area but have not yet formed a group.
